I know we are all very busy with life, work, family, and making time for recreation and rest as well!....
That Is why I want to let you know that being a part of this year’s upcoming
Mandala Peace Festival : Celebrating Peace, Art, Music, Diversity & Sustainability
Will be easy, flexible, collaborative, creative, and very-low-commitment (!)
I am not asking you to attend weekly or bi-weekly meetings during your son’s baseball game or your Tuesday yoga class – I want this creative comm-unity experience to fit into your life in a peaceful and flexible way – that way Mandala can be a creative part of your life by being a creative time of your day – when it fits for you!
With that in mind – using Innovative and Creative Communication - we will be doing most of our planning and setting out objectives and goals digitally via text and emails. We can also utilize a Facebook and/or Instagram account if you think those would be the most convenient for you to utilize.
I’ll be setting our daily & weekly updates and objectives for you to check-in and grab something you can fit into your life, schedule, or network!

I will be hosting weekly Mandala planning picnics throughout the summer – set up at different days and times so that we can check in for a personal and fun gathering – you will all be invited and throughout the summer hopefully we can all meet up here and there to build those friendships and creative projects together - !!!!
Mandala is going to be amazing – and it’s going to be amazing because of you!

Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with what the Mandala Peace Festival is growing from and what it’s growing into by reading some of the great info all over this website on the peace festival page, the vision page, and the super summary!
You are all invited to drop in and help me this Tuesday evening briefly – for a grant proposal presentation with the Flagstaff Arts Council – our spot is only 4 minutes at 7pm at the Coconino Center for the Arts, followed by 4 minutes for questions. If you are available to come at 6:30 until 7:15, I would really love to have some support and collaboration! Please let me know in advance, as soon as possible if I can count on you coming!
